My stay at the hotel was quite a mix. The location is gorgeous, right by a lovely beach, and the staff genuinely made my experience warmer with their helpfulness. However, I encountered some significant cleanliness issues, particularly in the pool and dining areas. Overall, while the atmosphere had charm, there were aspects that really needed improvement to create a more enjoyable stay.
